INFORMATION

We’re very proud to say that our moisturiser is free from parabens, petrolatum, mineral oil, synthetic fragrances, artificial colourants, sodium laureth or lauryl sulphate, xenoestrogens, phtalates, PEGs or glycols.  

Where possible, ingredients are home grown or sourced from within the UK.  

The tallow is mostly from Lower Hampen Farm and Carr Farm, Suffolk, both of which are PFLA Certified.

Beeswax is sourced locally from a handful of beekeepers so as not to overdeplete supplies.

The Vitamin E is Natural. 

No, and no.  

The tallow is rendered so that it doesn’t have a scent and the essential oils add a light, floral scent to all products.

Tallow is much less greasy than coconut oil or shea butter and is absorbed directly into the skin.

We recommend using products within 6 months of opening.  When stored in a cool, dark place, this can be extended to 12 months but don’t forget about it!

Shelf-life will be reduced if exposed to a warm, sunny spot.

No. (Products have however been used as treatment FOR animals and this has been effective on cattle with mastitis and sheep with sore bits too).

Packaging is simple and no frills.  All parts of the packaging are recyclable.

Frequency & Duration

With subscriptions, you can decide the frequency and duration that you would like to receive your subscription for. The first delivery day chosen will be used to dictate the delivery day of the week for future subscription deliveries. E.g. If you choose your first delivery to arrive on a Thursday, all future deliveries will arrive on the Thursday of the week your next delivery is due, in accordance with your chosen frequency.

Subscription Prices

The price paid for a subscription at the time of signing up will be the same for the duration of a subscription.  Should we need to raise our prices at any time, we will contact our subscribers and give the option to continue or cancel your subscription.

Pausing Subscriptions

Should you wish to pause your subscription at any time, you can do so in My Account under ‘My Subscription’ by clicking the “Suspend” button under ‘Actions’. To resume your subscription when you are ready, just revisit your account page and click “Reactivate” under ‘Actions’. Alternatively you can get in touch to put your subscription on hold or activate it for you manually.

To make any changes or cancellations to your order, you can get in touch via email on liberty@nimmoskincare.com or 07961 590 661.  Please kindly quote your order reference to help find your order easily (this can be found in your original ‘Order Received’ email that will have been sent when you first placed your order).  Please try and get in touch with any changes as soon as possible.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel a one-off order or any subscription, please get in touch by 9am the day before your selected delivery date.   

Deliveries

Where possible, we aim to ship the next working day.

We do not offer tracking codes for you to follow your parcel, however if your order does not arrive as scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible and we will look into it further for you.

In the event of a delivery not arriving as scheduled, please get in touch as soon as possible and no later than 3 days after the scheduled delivery date, in order for us to provide a refund. 

NIMMO can post to any address offered by Royal Mail within the United Kingdom. This does not include PO boxes and BFPO addresses, or to the Channel Islands.
